Situated in an extremely picturesque area in the town of Hermagor in Austria, the villa is located at an altitude of 700 meters, in a valley crossed by hot air. The A2 motorway, coming from Vienna and going to Italy, is about 35 km away and is accessible by following B111 road for about 30min. The distance to the border with Italy is 40 km via B111 / A2. Vienna is 418 km by B111 / A2 and Venice at 265 km via B111 / A2 / A23. Ljublijana is just 150 km away and Salzburg 200 km away.
